Yoga during pregnancy
Heartstone Wellness starts offering yoga for women during and after pregnancy. Relax, stretch, prepare for birth during pregnancy and relieve tension and strain. Then after little one is born get back in shape with other mommy's. We'll be working on strong body mind and core, relaxation, and stress relieve. After our 50 minute session there is time to share experiences and ask for ideas/help while various topics will be discussed. Starting in August 2022

How this works:
Schedule one private session with Ynske
to discuss goals, ask questions about Yoga, Pilates, and MELT. Practice some exercises to get a feel for what it is like.
Decide on an action plan.
Then after the private: have access to all classes for one week. Your week starts on day of private and will run 7 consecutive days.
It's a GREAT way to get introduced to Yoga, Pilates and MELT!
Don't forget to discuss limitations/injuries to start your journey safely

Intro to the MELT Method

Learning how to get stuck stress out of the body by using the soft roller and balls from the MELT Method.
This workshop will introduce you to the easy to apply techniques to rehydrate the connective tissue, reduces inflammation, and rebalances the regulators of the nervous system.
MELT facilitates better alignment, movement, joint function and performance.
MELT is the secret to pain- free living....
